Years ago I had the good fortune to hire Jim Mason to represent me in a divorce, and again in a child custody proceeding. When he agreed to represent me he said we would need to meet. At that time it would have been very difficult for me to have gone to his office; however, without my asking, he said he would come to me and he did. That was the first of many times his compassion and responsiveness were clearly evident. During the entire time for both cases, to use an overused phrase, he was there for me. The best way to know that someone knows what he/she is doing is for the person to explain things in a manner that is on point without being condescending. Jim was that person. The legal end of the divorce came out just fine and I retained custody of my children, all thanks to Jim. I never forgot his humanity nor his legal expertise. I must add, corny as it may sound, in the courtroom his transformation from Clark Kent to Super-legal-man was one of those "Whoa" moments. Thank you Jim.
Easy to communicate with. Reasonable rates. Was able to help me see the bigger picture during divorce proceedings which saved me money in property division phase of divorce.
