Hired Law Firm

Attorney Johnson, showed me she was very capable and qualified to handle my situation and she did. She was very knowledgeable and experienced..I had called after 5pm on a Friday and the attorney that I spoke was trying to finish up on some paperwork, she took the time to explain to me that my situation if the findings were correct. They were a qualified firm that could take my case. She spoke to me not with me, she respected me being desperate for information and she took her time with me.

Hired Attorney Geraldine Sumter

- Is not punctual or responsive. - She does not complete deliverables at promised times - Routinely makes excuses for not calling/emailing back when promised - You have to continuously micromanage her to no end after the date of something promised to be done. Do not hire her as an attorney. She cannot keep track of time or juggle her workload. She is more of a headache than what she’s worth. AVOID!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
