About Richard H. Dollison, (P.C.)

The firm's legal practice is focused on the enforcement of creditor rights, including mortgage foreclosures, secured transactions, debt collections, creditor representation in bankruptcy, enforcement of judgments and banking litigation as well as appellate law in support of the foregoing. Our active debt collection/foreclosure practice includes handling many cases for local and stateside financial institutions and loan servicers. We also liaison between our clients and debtors in order to create workouts and loan modifications when possible.

The firm also specializes in condominium and timeshare law, representing owner associations, developers and property managers.

The Law Offices of Richard H. Dollison, P.C. practice in the Divisions of St. Thomas/St. John and St. Croix, in both the Virgin Islands and Federal court systems as well as in the Bankruptcy courts.
