Julian Ferguson is an auto litigation attorney in the Charleston, South Carolina office of Morgan & Morgan. He has been practicing for nearly a decade and has collected millions of dollars for his clients in cases involving serious automobile wrecks, wrongful deaths, and trucking collisions.

Julian comes to Morgan & Morgan with a fire to right the wrongs of his clients and seek justice for those who cannot do it for themselves. Julian represents his clients as if they were family members because he knows what each case means to the people involved. He understands that dealing with the unexpected death or injury of a loved one can be a life changing event that requires the compassion and skill of an experienced litigator.

Julian’s legal career has been based primarily in the lowcountry, where he worked for some of the state’s largest personal injury firms. During his time with those firms, he represented injured people all over South Carolina in both State and Federal Court. In addition to bringing personal injury lawsuits, Julian has experience pursuing first party bad faith claims on behalf of clients that were denied insurance coverage they were rightfully owed.

Julian earned a Bachelor of Science from Charleston Southern University and attended Charleston School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor. While in law school Julian was a member of the Federal Courts Law Review and clerked for the Honorable Mikell Scarborough. He is licensed to practice law in South Carolina.

Julian and his wife, Aris, live in the lowcountry and are involved in their local community and schools. Julian is an avid golfer and loves enjoying the game with friends and family.
