Hired Attorney Juliana Dotsenko

She is not a good person. She is extremely biased against men & goes out of her way to make sure they dont get equal rights. She is lazy & waits until the last minute to accumulate information listening to only the female's side of things. Therefore, she does pretty much nothing or as little as possible during a case. Doing this she reports inaccurate information & uses boggess proof. She does not protect her clients. She pretends to care & fakes nice to peoples faces, but that is it! She can't remember important information or conviently leaves pertinent info out. She abuses her power. She is a terrible communicator & doesn't return calls, emails, or text in a timely manner, if at all. She conviently leaves pertinent details out & does not tell the truth during court. She should not be practicing law & especially should not be a Guardian Ad Litem. Lawyers have reported her as being the laziest & worst GAL in the valley. Sad that no one is holding her accountable. Children suffer

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
