Hired Attorney

Derek Dean is the absolute worst person in the law field I have ever dealt with. He is non responsive, and when he is - is rude. He also overcharges and is known for excessive billing. His purposeful lack of communication allow him to continue to bill you so he in effect churning fees. Besides being unethical this is likely also illegal on some level. He charged me over $800 for a couple days work and with no itemized invoice - just demanded it over email and used questionable collection practixes. He is a step away from disbarement. Steer clear
