Mr. Lewis became a very close friend of my immediate and extended family. I have not had to require Mr. Lewis service in several years because all my children have parted and have families of their own. My spouse and I retired and moved to a small community in northern Arizona. My wife and I have been married fortyfive years and l am in need of legal assistance. My wife has become a victim of onset dementia. She is doing quite well but it is evident the dementia is progressing. At present I feel, for her health and well being, I need to aquire a poa to help her to the fullest extent. Poa will be good for the family.
