Mr. Gruse is a partner with Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck, LLP. He joined the firm in 2003 and was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He attended Arizona State University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and English. He attended law school at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa where he earned Dean's List honors, served two terms as a Representative to the Student Bar Association, and served on the Executive Board of Delta Theta Phi. Mr. Gruse earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Drake University in 1999, and was admitted to practice law in Arizona in 2000. Mr. Gruse is licensed to practice in all Arizona State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Maricopa County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel.
Mr. Gruse has broad based litigation experience, having represented clients in large scale construction defect matters, wrongful death claims, traumatic brain injury claims, spinal cord injury claims, and other personal injury and premises liability matters. Mr. Gruse takes pride in providing his clients with highly competent representation, and was recently honored to receive an AV Preeminent Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating.
