Richard Harden concentrates in the areas of civil litigation, professional malpractice and insurance defense law in the trial and appellate courts. He has written and supplemented the chapter "Uses of Medical Evidence" in the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education Handbook Medical Evidence, and co-wrote "Risk Management Strategies and Deposition Testimony" in the Spring, 2000 edition of Carle Selected Papers. He is a member of the Illinois State and Champaign County Bar Associations, the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel and the Defense Research Institute
