Founded in 1895 by F.M. and H.I. Green, the firm's business is now primarily in claimants' civil litigation. Attorneys in the firm have served as plaintiffs' counsel in various class actions in the consumer law area. Members of the firm have been actively involved in representing persons suffering from catastrophic injuries, from defective products, automobile collisions and medical malpractice.

Koester & Bradley is a first rate firm. I worked with both Tom and Ryan on my serious auto accident case. They were attentive and I always spoke with an attorney. Their level of service is uncommon for a small firm.

Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
