Hired Attorney Scott Mayhart

I hired this attorney from outside PA to handle a case of my husbands motorcycle accident in Florida. Since he has passed away this attorney has done nothing but take of me as a dumb fool because of me grieving of the lost of my husband. He has money still years later sitting in escrow after all the medical and etc had been paid, his fees and all and yet after more then 4 years I’m still waiting for the funds of my husband escrow to be able to give his children the money. Unfortunately I’ve been waiting for about 4 years which when I last spoke with Scott he told me he wanted to do 50/50 or he wouldn’t release the funds after already receiving his percent and funds and fees. So he already has been paid years ago and yet still want still wants a cut of the money 50/50 or I get nothing? I would never even tell anyone to hire this attorney. Now my next step is to hire an attorney for fraud and as well have the bar association to do a thorough investigation. Do not hire ever!

Hired Law Firm

This attorney does absolutely nothing but refer cases to other attorneys at the statute of limitations expiration and has the audacity to take a cut of the settlement for doing NOTHING! This guy shouldn't even have a license to practice. Too many lawyers out here to deal with this jerk.
