Mariella serves as an associate attorney at Wilner & O’Reilly in the Boise office, holding admission to practice law in Idaho and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Her academic journey includes a bachelor’s in international business with a finance minor from Boise State University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Idaho College of Law, where she consistently earned a place on the Dean’s List of Honors.
With an extensive background in various facets of immigration law, Mariella adeptly navigates deportation defense, immigration bonds, adjustment of status, naturalization, consular processing, U-visas, VAWA, DACA, and waivers of inadmissibility. Emphasizing the importance of preparation and a comprehensive understanding of clients' challenges, she is dedicated to delivering optimal legal representation.
Mariella's commitment extends beyond the legal realm; driven by a passion for community service, she volunteers for the Idaho Volunteer Lawyers Program during her free time. As a native of Peru, she possesses a unique perspective on the additional challenges foreign individuals face within our intricate legal system.
In her leisure hours, Mariella enjoys exploring Idaho's scenic trails with her family through activities such as mountain biking, paddling, snowboarding, hiking, and camping. Fluent in Spanish, she brings a multilingual dimension to her practice.
