Hired Attorney Jason Shackelford

This attorney really works hard for you. He will go the extra mile where most will not. His education and training exceeds what makes a good attorney. He is very skilled in the areas of tort and criminal justice and family courts.

Hired Law Firm

If I could rate Mr. Shackelford's service lower than a 1, I would have. Paid him in full, upfront to do a custody modification to help me obtain visitation of my 3 son's. Two and a half years later, he has done literally nothing on my case. All motions have had to be filed pro we by me, just to get the case in court. He has stifled my case,kept me from a disposition, failed to follow up, misfiled paperwork, gotten my case thrown out, gives no court notices or updates,and attempted to gouge me.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
