Michelle was amazing! Not only did she negotiate and handle my dissolution for me, but she also was able to obtain another $200,000.00 in asset equalization. The process of negotiating took a little time, but once we agreed on all terms, the paperwork was filed and our marriage dissolved within 60 days! Michelle is an excellent negotiator and arbitrator. Michelle proved to be a deeply ineffective guardian ad litem. Her actions repeatedly prioritized convenience over the children’s safety and emotional needs. Despite signs consistent with physical abuse, she dismissed concerning bruises based on a single photograph—ignoring context, medical insight, and behavioral patterns that should have warranted deeper investigation. More troubling still, she failed to factor in the known domestic violence history of an adult residing in the home. This lapse in judgment put the children at further risk. Michelle’s conduct was not only professionally negligent but also inappropriate, as she openly discussed sensitive and adult topics in front of other children—undermining their emotional security and trust.
She was the GAL in a case regarding 2 minor children. Michelle was supposed to protect those children….she was their voice! Instead, Michelle, refused to look at the evidence of prior abuse by the father! She put those children in the arms of their father who ultimately ended up taking the lives of those sweet children. She doesn’t know what she’s doing and I would never entrust the safety and well being of any child to her.
