Mr. Mitchell is a great lawyer. He has helped me with some very sticky situations and is very knowledgeable. He has his client's s best interest at heart and helps anyway he can.
This firm may be good for some but not for all. I entirely felt as though I hired a second attorney for my ex husband, communication was terrible, I had no idea what was ever going on and he filled motion to withdrawal without notifying me at all or explaining reasons. The only way I knew was I received an efile notification where he filled a motion to withdrawal regarding my children’s protection order from their sexual offender. Never returned phone calls I talked to him on phone twice. He sent my exs attorney a stipulation agreement for custody which was denied and I was not even sent the stipulation myself to know if I myself agree to it or not. For myself communication is a huge thing. I was definitely not treated like a respected paying client. Just not the professionalism I expected for $250/hr
