Seemed to know his stuff. Just did not seem to be too well prepared for my ssi case.
Mark Seidl did not representing his clients he waited two years before he filed a lawsuit which was 2 weeks before the deadline to file a claim. Then he removed his self from the case which looks bad and gives no opportunity to find new lawyer or prepare for the case. When asked why he remove his self from case his response was he has a freind that didn't speak highly of his client he has no faith in case after two years When offer proof he was misled by friend and gental man he refuse the proof
Do not use this law firm! They do everything they can to make things take as LONG as possible to increase your bill. Any time you meet with the attorney to write a document, change a document, add information to your file, etc. he will connect a headset to his computer and speak into it rather than type anything himself. This "technique" makes the meeting last three times longer than if he were to just type it himself. He continually states "scratch that" into his headset then re-states the same
