Mr. Wayment has spent 30 years building his law practice in Cedar City, Utah in the field of Utah water rights, property rights, municipal law for cities, corporation law, estate planning, probate, landlord/tenant law representing landlords, property foreclosure, collections, and criminal litigation. He also spent over 20 years as a prosecutor for the State of Utah with the City of Parowan. Mr. Wayment displays deep compassion to clients in estate and probate law. He comes highly recommended for his water rights expertise from as far north as Salt Lake City. He always represents the best interest of the client and he will not be bullied or back down to opposing parties or attorneys. He maintains a very high standard of ethics in his practice, thus the outstanding reputation he has earned amongst peers and Judges. He is honest with his clients and the courts, and has worked hard and long hours on many cases in mediation to resolve disputes. Would we recommend him? Most definitely, yes.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
