About Josh Gibbs Law, LLC

Josh has practiced law in Oregon for over 15 years with a heavy emphasis on courtroom litigation. In that time he has represented thousands of people in various criminal cases.

Josh Gibbs Law, LLC is a boutique law office located in the Illinois Valley of Southern Oregon, focused on defending the rights of members of our community.

Josh intentionally carries a small case load to ensure an individualized focus. After 15 years of litigation experience, Josh takes on a select few cases and practices with a unique approach that combines experience, legal knowledge and compassion.

Hired Attorney Mr. Josh Gibbs

Mr Gibbs is truly Compassionate and Trustworthy !! He has done a great job at this case!!! He finds a way around the problem and made the best deal for this case !! I highly recommend him! Working with him was a great experience!! Thank you Mr Gibbs !!!

Hired Attorney Mr. Josh Gibbs

Mr Gibbs, was transparent, honest and extremely helpful when dealing with my case. He was referred to me by my cousin. He said “Josh was the best lawyer he had ever seen in a court room and was amazing.” Being that I needed help and of the serious kind that’s exactly the comfort I needed and wanted. Josh has helped my family with two very serious cases that could of had consequences that would of been tragic if not handled correctly. Josh is the best lawyer that I’ve ever met. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
