I thought my divorce case would be complicated as my then husband experienced disabilities from a stroke. I also thought that a trial and court appearances were inevitable. Jae patiently and with great knowledge walked me through the required paperwork and various potential outcomes and situations as they came up. Jae and her team were so supportive during the process answering my many questions and quelling my doubts and worries with compassion. My case never went to trial for which I was grateful, but Jae was willing to stand by me and represent me if the divorce went to that extent. I was divorced within the stated timeline of filing the paperwork. I needed a legal hand to hold mine and guide me through this process. Jae's approach gave me that and much more in the form of support and encouragement. I would highly recommend Jae's services to anyone in a divorce situation.
Jae and her team were extremely supportive through the divorce process, guiding me through a very unique and challenging situation. Jae was clear about pros and cons of options, offered excellent counsel and did so in a kind, caring way. Her team was very organized and professional. I couldn't imagine navigating that difficult process with any other team.
Hiring Jae Mundt was a costly mistake and a waste of time. If you need an attorney that can handle the rigors of family law, you would be best served by a more accomplished attorney preferably one with a shred of morality. Jae is easily overwhelmed and agitated and given the fact that family law is complicated and emotional, I suggest it is not her area of expertise. Jae dragged out a simple case for months that was later handled by another attorney in a week and for a fraction of the cost. Her invoicing was riddled with hours of phone calls that there were no records for and for a ridiculous amount of administrative time that is hard to reconcile. Using her during an already emotional case was exhausting mostly because of her instability. So grateful she moved on to her next victim.
