Alan Irvin represented my family in a complex real estate transaction that had many potential problems. Alan is a superb problem solver, and kept us (located in four states) informed and involved throughout the process. His legal expertise in the area of real estate is unquestionable, and Peter Donahoe provided valuable tax expertise. Alan met all deadlines, some of which were last minute rushes.
