Not the fastest, but very thorough.
Mr. Nicora accepted a bribe from my brother to prevent a judgement I won on the merits, for breach of fiduciary duty and self-dealing, from being finalized, he interfered with a court ordered accounting, and after "my" judge transferred without notice to me, Nicora paid another attorney $7000 to convince the new judge, who was unaware of the ruling, that he represented me, which he did not. Appearing to have an atty barred me from participating. I'm overseas and could not physically be there to object when Nicora told the new judge we were in settlement talks, or to inform the new judge that a ruling on liability had been made. After 10 months, I was coerced to sign a settlement for a tenth of what I would have received had the judgment been finalized. Nicora was the appointed probate referee with a duty to be neutral. He pretended to represent my niece and never disclosed he was the appointed referee. But he is liked and trusted by the court & can commit fraud with impunity. Dangerous
