Kasten, Ruyle, Sims & Bellm, P.C. is a law firm established in 1966 with an office in Carlinville, IL. At this office location, there are 4 lawyers practicing general civil practice, federal practice, negligence and 4 other areas of law.
Aaron handled a family case for us. He was very knowledgeable of the law pertaining to our situation. We did get frustrated at times with the drawn out feelings that surrounded our case. His responsiveness sometimes seemed to slow. But when something is important to you, no one or anything related to a lawsuit ever seems to move fast enough. As our case went on Aarron was able t achieve everything possible along the way... In the end, the rulings were in our favor.
Not responsive, and we had to refile several times due to a missed deadline and missing paperwork.
I was searching for a confident,skillful Lawyer for my Daughter's divorce and restraining order confining her to a county in Il. Mr. Bellm started out with what to seem to be a trustful lawyer. Because he did not start with the divorce first, my daughter's case was put at great jeopardy. $9000.00 and more than a year & 1/2 later he dropped her case! He could no longer put up with the opposing attorney. He claimed the trust had been broken between A.& Cl. NOT TRUE for my daughter who was dropped
I hired bellm he took my money and the. Quit cuz he got hired on. At dcfs and he knew he was up for that. Then he never got anything done ,i did all the leg work for him or otherwise nothin would've got done .cancelled upcoming CT dates or couldn't do any of the CT dates that was put out there one was because he would have to ask his wife if he could do that CT date r u kidding me .what a joke .. So then I hired Simms and he wasn't no better I filed it to circuit CT cuz my witnesses never got heard only her children was used so that's how I was able to send it thru circuit CT I needed my boss to b known and a officer that was testify on my side that What was misunderstood. He was outside and was there and I told Simms all this he had me get a affidavit from my boss and what's he do he uses her children again that was on her side bot mine how in the f wtf is even goin on so none of mine got put in there again .Joke
