Thanks you Andrea McHugh of The Law Offices of POSERINA & McHUGH,  I really appreciate your hardwork on this matter of transferring the property in Cape May Court N.J. of my father's with no Title Report and securing the Deed in our names. Ironically the Deed was signed and placed in our names on May 29, 2023, 82 years to the date, the land was originally recorded in Cape May Court County Courthouse in May 29, 1941. This Deed transfer was made more difficult because I lived out of state, Ms McHugh of The Law Offices of POSERINA & McHUGH, I would highly recommend their Law Firm.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
