Working with Rosemary for my divorce was horrible. She lets the case drag on and her staff is very unprofessional. (example: one of her employees reporting to her friend/family member of my presence and support person being in their office) Documentation was always allegedly mailed, or sent to me.The magistrate that was deciding on my case fell asleep 3 times while I was on the stand. Her response was to me ".... On his behalf, he is I'll...." Deciding on my future???? She made the decision to settle my retirement settlement on her own. I literally had to call her home two nights before my court date to see if we were going to court in 2 days. I had my father's funeral following day and would be unavailable for her to contact me. After not hearing from her I called her at home.... Her response was......" My name, we settled that.... " Without my knowledge she settled that. Promise she ' d made of the bill going to my ex-husband, never kept. My name was never spelled right.
