About Randolph L. Snow

Randy served as the firm's Managing Partner for 13 years (1998 - 2011) and is Coordinator of the firm's Litigation Service Group which focuses on civil litigation. He has more than 36 years of trial experience and has successfully represented clients in both state and federal court involving major jury trials and he has tried more than 100 jury trials. He is recognized by his peers as one of the preeminent lawyers in his field, having received an AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell*. In addition, he was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2008 to 2013 and Ohio Super Lawyers for 2007 - 2013.

Randy is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Ohio Oil and Gas Association, as well as the Stark County Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. He is a former member of the Advisory Committee for the Northern District of Ohio Federal Court and is also a life member of the United States 6th Circuit Court Judicial Conference. In 2011, Randy chaired the Merit Selection Committee to select a magistrate for the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

Active in numerous civic, charitable, and professional organizations, Randy chairs the Education Committee of the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Mercy Medical Center Foundation Board of Trustees, a trustee of the Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges and Board Member of Canton Tomorrow, Inc. Randy is also past President and a past long-term board member of the Canton City Board of Education. In 2001, he was presented with the Award of Merit from the Greater Canton Chamber of Commerce for his long-term continuous service and leadership in the Canton community.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
