Hired Attorney Ms. Courtney Moss

Acquired by Invalid means, no orders, libel, unclear who the Governor of Georgia is. Competency is a major issue in Cherokee/Woodstock. My daughter who was honors, gifted and talented and a standout in tech is being used as a pawn and forced into brick and mortar high school after agreeing to finish online and she failed. Congratulations Sumner, Jennifer Davis, Jessica Edwards, Courtney Goodwin Moss, Hope Pierra in your preparation, you FAILED. Phone calls were not returned, documents not provided as required by law, attorney was never contacted with hearing as requested in writing. DFACS, child support enforcement was filed in 2014. They just noticed. They have $160k of NEGLECT TO COVER UP. While my daughter is suffering anxiety attacks, mental issues are a joke is court by Rebecca Haffner the caseworker who suffers from "domestic violence" from her husband who she filed an order against directly using Sumner's signature. Misconduct has been prevalent. Courtney's partner left.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
