In his corporate/commercial practice, he has had exposure to a variety of transactions with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions involving professional corporations and heavily regulated health professions. His practice also encompasses business agreements, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, and incorporations.
In his estates and trust practice, he has advised clients both on succession business planning and estate planning for individuals. He has also assisted clients with guardianship applications and navigating the estate administration process.
Spencer attended law school at the University of Windsor where he volunteered regularly with Community Legal Aid as a Caseworker before being selected to be a Group Leader. As Group Leader, Spencer led a student team of Caseworkers to advocate for vulnerable individuals in the community and affirmed his passion for problem solving and forming strong bonds with his clients.
