Hired Attorney

There was a lawsuit against Fogler Rubinoff LLP and M-me Nina Perfetto. Plaintiff was Dr.Sylvester Chuang . Fogler Rubinoff LLP and M-me Perfetto lost the summary judgement in their efforts to dismiss the case and were also rejected on their appeal . Case can be traced to CANLII "DOCKET: C69911 . On another unrelated case M-me was investigated and reprimanded by L.S.O.
