Hired Attorney Jean Hyndman

Jean Hyndman engages in unethical behaviour, displaying professional misconduct when representing children. She lies on court documents & twists events around to target the parent she does not want to have custody of the client child; regardless if the child is in danger or not. When targeting the one parent, court documents are filed before the judge, twisting events & circumstances around, to make that parent look incompetent. I'm a domestic abuse survivor, & despite the fact that my ex has been charged w uttering threats against me, has served 9m for aggravated assault, she still remains to fight on his behalf to make sure he gets full custody of my daughter. My ex is a danger to my child, but Jean is fully fighting to make sure my daughter remains under his care. My daughter is a growing 15 yr old teenager, who needs her who needs her own room and space, but currently resides with her father in a studio apartment. DON'T trust Jean as your lawyer. She engages in unethical behaviour.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
