Terrible lawyer. Does not care about his clients. Poor understanding of the law. Poor communication. Lacks case strategy and awareness. Shows up late. No regard for your time or the outcome of your case. Absolutely terrible to deal with
Terrible lawyer. Not prepared. Did not review case beforehand. Poor understanding of the law. Shameful representation. Promises, promises, promises, but cannot deliver. Definitely stay away! There are so many better more knowledgeable lawyers that can help you.
Yes, Jody Berkes returned phone calls in 24 hours - just to charge you!! Yes, Jody Berkes ask you to send him e-mails - but again, just to charge you!! Then when you finally meet with him in person, you get shocked - you realize that he has charged you for all the e-mails sent to him... but he doesn't follow the conversation. He doesn't follow the conversation... because he hasn't read the e-mails!!!! The worst experience of my life. Very poor results.
