Right from our first meeting, the team at Lenkinski Carr and Richard was a formidable ally through a difficult and challenging process. Their advise was spot on time and time again. My contentious separation and custody disputes were resolved to my exacting satisfaction. The team has been supportive, practical and tenacious in their approach. They’ve armed me with the knowledge I’ve required to make the best decisions for my family. In this firm’s capable hands, I’ve felt well protected and expertly represented.
- I paid the legal bill for my friend.
- Charged excessively for a separation agreement without catering to my and my friend's specific needs. My friend and I ended up doing the critical edits to the agreement.
- She was condescending in a face-to-face interview.
- She failed to fully understand the dangers of the situation my friend was in.
- She failed to mention mandatory information sessions during the divorce process in Ontario.
Hiring Esther was one of the worst decisions in my life. Not only did she seem to want to keep the conflict (and associated billable hours) going. She also gave me horrible advice along the way that was not constructive to my situation, but downright destructive and malicious. She drained my bank account, created irrepairable harm between me and ex, and in the end didnt even give me a opinion on what I am entitled too. I got NOTHING out of it but more stress. Had to switch lawyers.
RUN RUN RUN. She may be on the Expert List of Best Lawyers for Family, but hiring Esther was the worst decision I made. She does not care about her clients at all. In my Intake with her, she comes across as an aggressive experienced Lawyer but it is all Hot Air. She seems to only want to build a file not constructive to her client’s needs but to increase her Billable Hours. She lies about what she will do and does not seem to retain information and was very confused during my Case Conference and accepts no accountability for her mistakes and is extremely condescending. She gave me horrible advice which only resulted in the irreparable destruction of my relationship with my ex. She has zero ethics, and empathy and will destroy your family and drain your bank account. I am shocked as to how she can practice in Family Law as she is a criminal for the destruction she has brought on families and her clients for the past 47 years of her practice. Needles to say, I switched Lawyers!
Esther couldn't care less about the client. Esther is all about the money, she lies about what she will do and then does nothing. She just builds a file and charges and nothing gets completed. Esther doesn't retain information, doesn't seem to understand the information and screws everything up. Esther is very condescending. It's all hot air and no results! VERY POOR LAWYER.$$$$$
