I had a complicated purchase of a house and Phil helped me through every step. He was very knowledgable and no nonsense. He doesn't overcharge for his time, it was a flat fee! The only downfall was that his practice is limited in areas, no family or personal injury, but they do however do company stuff, wills, power of attorneys, probates and litigation! Will definitely go back, it is nice to stay in PoCo rather then go to a costly downtown lawyer.
Yes my name is Lloyd Michael Hamilton and I have had to go through the realization that my father LAWRENCE (LARRY) MARVIN HAMILTON was murdered and died on Independence Day Friday July 4th 2008. He had left to me two properties which were assessed at $219,000 and after dealing with his creditors myself I could have just filed the paperwork at the notary public and been done with everything for $25 but went and retained BILL TOMS services who ended up taking the maximum. $25,000 for his serives probate and forced me off the estate as my father wished I was EXECTOR then placed my brother on as EXECUTOR the.thrratenrd to place a lien on my brothers house it we didn't immediately sell the two properties which we ended up getting $40,000 for on two properties assessed at $219,000. Leaving me with exactly zero dollars and he wouldn't even provide me with any final paperwork about the probate and have since found other monies that were sitting in bank accounts he never checked. $40,000?.
