Hired Law Firm

Used this firm for our house closing. Should have guessed they were not great by amount of times they asked for the same info time and again. Contacted them regarding serious issues with our home, one of which was criminal. 2 1/2 weeks after requesting a letter get sent out to the former owners I am still without a written letter. I did offer to go somewhere else but No Heath seemed more interested when the criminal aspect was there. Finally they suggested I find another lawyer Dont use
