Nicholas was invested on my needs. He totally endeavoured himself to develop the right strategy for me. He was able to deliver the best possible outcome for me through his thorough knowledge of the law, his impeccable work ethics and his unparalleled professional network. He was a calid lawyer who kept me updated, promptly responded to my calls and charged me a very reasonable fee for his services. I highly recommended Nicholas to anyone needing the best criminal lawyer to work on their behalf.
Nicholas was simply awesome, he was always there to answer my questions within a short time period. In our short journey together he protected my interests and was aligned with my expectations and we were able to achieve desirable outcome. He was more focused on meeting my needs than making money, I appreciated that. I spoke with many lawyers and he was the most pragmatic, realistic and down to earth. His excellent service will not disappoint.
We lost into the Supreme Court, and it was expected. But, it was so much time that had past by, and we should have try the "unreasonable delay". I didn't kill anybody, it was just pot. I instructed him how to prepare the case to get me out, he did it different, when he went to the Court of Apeal, he said and I quote" I felt that the judges were against me". Of course, because I was getting convicted for a thing of the past and all he had to do is to push the "unreasonable delay" , he refused it to do so, came with his own bs, but told my wife not to tell me anything, so I won't go crazy in jail. Of course we lost, we went to the Supreme Court of Canada. I told him to go with the "unreasonable delay", he went with another story, of course we lost. But I had to pay him over 50k for a case that he lost due to his own ignorance, lack of knowlege, he trew me under the bus. Why? While i was serving my time, someone charged with murder was freed by the Supreme Court with "unreasonable delay"
