vofkatai@icloud.com The best lawyer whom I made business with in my life so far. Very experienced. Very knowledgeable. Very responsible. Very responsive. Very friendly. I would highly recommend this lawyer to anybody. Real 5 star service!
We worked with this company on two separate home transactions. We were referred by our Realtor. However, during a purchase of a home were some how able to get a new Mortgage without an insurance binder. This is now with Lawyers but essentially everyone is pointing at each other. We had a house fire and lost everything two months after the what we thought was closing of the sale and when we called our insurance broker Armour Insurance they stated there was no insurance binder in place at the time of the loss (despite it being a legal requirement for ATB, Kelly Wong Law and even Economical Insurance [because we had moved from a rental to there]). We did request the update of our policy through Armour Insurance but they dropped that too, however inaction from the lawyer/their office to stop the transaction until they received the insurance binder did not happen. ATB stated our lawyer should not of released funding without a binder. Now suing her. Avoid this stress for your family!
