I am posting this so it doesn't happen to anyone else. In January 2025 my husband and I went to see Eugene J. Ehrler, we were looking to protect our finances as my husband has dementia. We signed and completed land title additions to include myself on our two properties, one of which sold in May 2025. Because I was not put on these properties, I did not receive half of the funds from the sale, much to my surprise. When meeting with Eugene after the sale of the property, he made it seem that it was common practice to not execute the signed documents. I was met with gaslighting from Eugene saying don't worry you'll be first on the list for the other property, not even an apology for not executing the transaction in January 2025, at that time he told me it would be all completed at land titles in one month, and everything would be in place. Well it was not, causing severe financial problems for my family. If you have done transactions with him please follow up on your transactions.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
