Horrible law firm IMO. You'll be put through a screening process but don't expect a call back when they say they will call. You hav to send a registered letter to get the attention of Paul Mann to finally contact you and tell you that you do indeed have a case. He will then set you up with a lawyer who says you're not considered medical malpractice. Weeks later when you suffer a secondary injury as a result of delayed surgery and now need a second surgery means nothing to them. I missed my window of opportunity for my surgery due to a scheduling error at the hospital and was given a month later than what was intended because the clerk filled out a form wrong, but according to this firm that's not considered malpractice. If that isn't then nothing is IMO. Extra pain, atrophy, and suffering created by errors in the system means nothing to them. A botched procedure because of excessive scar tissue from delayed surgery is meaningless too. Rot starts at the top down with this firm.
