Lynn provided little advice for next steps in my custody agreement, negotiated weakly in front of the judge, and never made me feel like she was organized to take on my case. I had a solid case against my ex, yet David Miller ate her alive both in affidavits and in court. For the huge amount of money I spent, it dragged out for years and without my personal leg work I would never have gotten results. Look elsewhere for a lawyer.
I cannot comment on the law firm in general but on a particular lawyer, She was very unprofessional and missed several deadlines, she herself made. I had to complain on her twice for her to work on my file. She did not follow up the the OP unless I contacted her to do so.. She made a very frustrating situation (separating from narcissistic spouse) even more frustrating. It was a horrible experience and would never recommend her to anyone.
Came across the proposal lawyer Alex Beattie prepared on my behalf while cleaning out my filing cabinet. I jumped ship after wasting more than $15,000 for nothing with Galbraith (Alex was the third lawyer assigned over 14 months). Alex misread my ex’s pension assessment and nearly cost me $147,000!!!!! Kim Kieller saved me by basically being a competent lawyer, actually READ the pension assessment and presented the FAIR proposal. Didn’t pay anything but had to give up 18 months of child support payments to get papers signed. Expensive Incompetence vs competence and negotiation.
Would never recommend there’s service Farah would provide services and take action that I never required, ignoring my request She would make more damage to a client than helping. Non of those actions would make a client happy. Do not waist your time and mo
We used Lynn Kirwin from this law firm and we got nowhere but deeper in the hole and nowhere further ahead. We had to hire someone from a different firm. When you pay as much money to a lawyer as Lynn makes, you’d expect errors in an Endorsement to be found but nope! All they want is your money and by the third request of a top of the trust without anything being done, I’d be an idiot to pay anymore! Then try to pay us off with $2000. after I’ve now put out over $20k (including my new lawyers retainer). I’ve had to hire someone else to fix the mistakes that were made and to complete what Lynn was hired to do!! It’s extremely disheartening when the child is the one suffering. There was an Endorsement made Nov 18/22 for parenting time and it hasn’t happened because Lynn didn’t do her job! We have now also filed with OLS, but I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this firm and especially Lynn Kirwin, unless you want to just give your money away and get nowhere!!
Working with this lawyer was the worst experience I could have ever imagined. Bill you for everything even things they lost and prolonged case when it could have completed sooner. When you ask for a finalize document she closes your file, not going to make any money if you don’t have a client willing to put up with the incompetence of at least her but the office hasn’t even bothered to call to find out what went wrong. Run from her, get a lawyer that has better kno
