•Has served on the Board of Directors of The Naval Museum of Alberta Society from 2001 to the present. He acted as President of that Society from 2003 until 2009.
•Has served on the Board of Directors of The Sharing Our Military Heritage Foundation from 2004 until the present. The SOMH Foundation was the agency that fundraised for the expanded Military Museums facility in Calgary.
•Has served on the Board of Governors of the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires, Southern Alberta Division, from 2007 to the present. Glenn currently holds the position of Vice Chair of the Board, and Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee of the Board.
•Served on the Board of Directors of the Calgary Military Museums Society from 2002 until 2004, and advised the Governance and Human Resources Committee of that Society between 2006 and 2008.
•Member of the Naval Officer's Association of Canada (Calgary Branch).
•Development of governance and organizing documents for The Naval Museum of Alberta Society, the Calgary Military Museums Society, the Air Force Museum Society of Alberta and The Sharing Our Military Heritage Foundation.
•Development of member agreements, financing arrangements and miscellaneous contractual arrangements for The Naval Museum of Alberta Society.
•Has made presentations on Alberta franchising matters to local chapters of the Canadian Franchise Association and the Calgary Bar Association.
