    In 2016, acted on all aspects of federal regulatory proceedings related to natural gas service curtailment
    unprecedented changes to pipeline tolling structure in British Columbia, with impacts to over one million end use customers.
    In 2016, acted for an oil
    gas exploration company on all aspects of an Alberta Energy Regulator regulatory appeal related to orders made under the Pipeline Act .
    In 2015

    overall strategy related to the determination of transmission constraints on Alberta's electricity transmission system

    Provided Federal
    Provincial regulatory advice to HollyFrontier Corp. respecting C$1.125 billion acquisition of Suncor Energy's Petro-Canada Lubricants business.
    Acted for an international oil
    gas company on all aspects of a successful oil facilities development, including regulatory approvals from the Alberta Energy Regulator. The project related to drilling over a 20 year period with a 40 year reserve life
    involved a pilot application under a new
    untested regulatory framework.
    Advised anchor shipper on regulatory aspects of development, transportation,
    operation of pipelines supporting LNG export project.
    Acted as counsel for an intervenerwith respect to the TransCanada Corporation, NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd.
