I hired Meinerts Law Office, P.A. For a dissolution of marriage. I will recommend Merlyn and Stephanie for family matters over all other firms. We went through 4 opposing counsels, constant game playing and purposeful delay tactics from the other side. Merlyn was masterful in handling the drama, he was professional, timely, logical and extremely easy to work with. Stephanie was just as amazing on all fronts. They took time to understand my desired outcome and advised beautifully at each intersection. By the end of it all, I was extremely satisfied with the outcome and they became like family getting me through a very dark situation. They are true professionals of their arena and I am forever grateful for choosing them to represent me.

Mr. Meinerts was my attorney in recent matter where we had to enforce a 24 year old judgment and decree to have my ex-wife sign a quit claim deed for our homestead. He did not handle the divorce years ago. My ex-wife would not sign the quit claim deed despite my requests to get her to do so, even when I pointed out the clear language in the divorce degree. This caused me a lot of stress. Merlyn took charge, files the necessary motion, and got my ex-wife to sign the quit claim deed.
The man lied to me and stole $1,500.00 from me. He is a liar, a cheat and a thief. I would highly advise not using this low-life.
