I was ordered to be detained and incarcerated on a felony PV from a ruling of an adversarial technicality and an "interesting" interpretation of the law. Mr. Bass relentlessly worked his way up the chain of command within Dakota County despite getting unsatisfactory answers at every step. He chose to file a motion to quash the warrant and vacate the jail sentence. At the hearing, his preparedness swiftly overwhelmed the prosecutor. Instead of going to jail, I'm writing this.
