Gina represents clients in complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts and at mediation. Gina also has experience in trade secret misappropriation litigation and employment litigation. Drawing on her broad experience, Gina serves as an advisor to clients at all stages of litigation, working to understand their goals and providing creative solutions to help accomplish those goals.
Prior to joining DRM, Gina was an associate at an international law firm in Boston where she maintained a broad practice. Her work included serving as a key member for a plaintiff in a complex trade secret misappropriation case that settled during discovery with defendant making an upfront payment of $25 million, in addition to potential future payments totaling an additional $50 million.

• Represented a political data firm seeking damages and injunctive relief in federal court in a case alleging that a competitor misappropriated their trade secrets. Defeated a motion to dismiss the claims by Defendants, after which the case resolved on terms favorable to the client.
• Successfully obtained summary judgment following fact discovery on behalf of defendant-employer in an employment discrimination suit asserting ten claims against employer and the plaintiff-employee’s former supervisor.
