Very untrustworthy, bilked more money than she should have and encouraged her client to cheat siblings. Says you can ask her a question anytime but charges money for one sentence. Promised that if you put estate in a trust, it will be very fast, and you won't have to wait and go through probate, and after she sold us on that, she took almost 3 years. Many trips to Europe, and avoidence.
My dad used Ms. Guthro to create a will and trust. I called several times regarding the estate/will and was advised that I needed to sign an agreement for payment of $375/hour and then they would schedule a meeting to discuss what his wishes were! No assistance would be provided until I did so. He was in a coma dying! I was provided with misinformation regarding the trustee which was critical in what happened next. I had to hire a lawyer to request copies of the trust, which was finally sent 10 days later. His estate had already been liquidated. I wouldn't recommend this attorney under any circumstances!
