We enjoyed working with Howard to purchase a house for sale by owner. He helped us prepare a custom purchase contract that required multiple revisions. The settlement also went smoothly. The price was fair and we are happy with the whole transaction.

I have worked with Howard many times over the course of 8 years. He has conducted settlements & given advice to many of my clients. His staff was on top of everything that needed to be prepared prior to the settlement and Howard conducts the settlements himself instead of hiring someone to do it for him. His advice & expertise over the years has been exceptional and I would recommend him to anyone seeking an attorney to handle their estate or the sale of any property in Virginia.
