Contacting Mr. Fusco was a little difficult, however when we did speak on the phone he was very helpful. In court he was patient and helped to resolve a very difficult custody case.
was very clear and contacted my lawyer during everything. 5) Never kept in contact with minors council like said. 6) said I needed to pay more to get this divorce wrapped up. Charged me for papers, and all of that was already in the courts, from me in 2001. They never even looked over my case to see where it was. They just wanted to charge another $1500, even though we are in the middle of the steps for the divorce to be finished. Nothing they woulda done wrapped it up any faster. And a look over the whole case in the begining woulda told them that. I could go on, and on. But il finish with their want for money is so bad, that when I told them I wanted to go a different direction, and seeing threw the lies. And Mr Clarke repeatedly telling me I had to pay $1500 with in the hr. (Especially to find that $1500 was a lie because they had to wait for the process just like I am now,) to charge me for their 30 mins conversation. It just shows that this place just wants your money.
I hired this law firm to revisit my spousal support. There was never much communication mainly emails asking for more money so after spending $20,000 we never went to court for my issueI only ended up in a cout room Defending myself against sanctions imposed on my law firm for pulling out of court the day before which in turn got me find another $7000. So at the end of the day I spent $27,000 and never came close to addressing my spousal support.
