Hired Attorney William H. Cummings Jr.

Mr. Cummings, known in short as Terry, is a very considerate lawyer. He addresses his clients needs and steps up to bat for his clients as needed. Once a case is secure, he does utilize the services of his assistants but they are professional as well. His secretary is very helpful with minor issues as well. He is currently up against three apposing lawyers representing insurance companies, and he knows the Worker's Compensation laws so well the three lawyers cannot trip him up. I am very pleased

Mr. Viola is an excellent lawyer. It is only when dealing with his partners that I have problems.
