My vehicle was involved in a fatal accident in which I had given a family member permission to drive. Robert with his calm demeanor and attention to details explained what steps we should take. He doesn't pull any punches , he's frank and to the point. He was present at the meeting with the ADA, representing the family member that was involved. That's the criminal aspect, he also referred me to a Civil Attorney which turned out to be an outstanding choice. He's well respected by his Peers.His price is unbelievably affordable. I highly recommend Robert to anyone That's seeking an experienced, professional and winner on your side!!!

Mr. Fogg fully epitomizes, the concept of a competent and zealous defense. I don't know what I would have done without him. He's restored my faith in attorneys through his artful demonstrations of disciplined technical knowledge, practical application of those concepts and his sheer disciplined, highly effective work ethic. Mr. Fogg also has the unique ability to very effectively and responsively engage client communications, breaking down what oftentimes might seem to be arcane legal concepts.
