Ray is tenacious, kind, pragmatic and an excellent lawyer. I’ve known Ray for 15 years, he’s been my collection attorney and highly regarded, trusted colleague. I would recommend him for contract disputes, collections and issues with contractors.

Absolutely the worst lawyer I have ever dealt with -you are better off investing your $ with Bernie madoff. In business I have dealt with. Approximately 20 different kinds of lawyers ,ray stillwell hands down takes the cake as the worst one by a mile. When I complain to him he has the gull to say "I have a entire wall of complaints that I hang in my office that amuses me" - anyone who has that many complaints and it makes him happy is a pathetic excuse for a business- i dont know when his prime was if ever ,but he is way past it and needed to retire about 10yrs ago , do yourself a huge favor and hire anyone else, go to a high school and pick a kid studying anything about legal and you will have better representation- RUN AWAY
