Hired Law Firm

I thought David was an awesome attorney but I got to the end of n My chapter 13 and was only on social security and could not afford my last two payments after paying over 13,000 and he was going to ask for a harddhip dischage for me. It has been almost 90 days and he will not return any of my phone calls or emails. I am experiencing so much stress because of it. I am so shocked how he is treating me a s his client. I paid him what he asked me too so I am not sure why he is doing this.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
